Michael’s wealth of cultural and travel experiences around the globe has sculptured his culinary expertise, making him well-versed in International gourmet fares and concepts ranging from Oriental-Asian, French, German, Mediterranean, Californian and Middle Eastern cuisines to name a few
Michael is known to be consistently inspiring and contributed to his kitchen teams’ spectrum of successes and has been commended with numerous recognitions such as the “Iron Chef Thailand”, “Conde Nast Traveler Magazine Gold List for Best Food”, and “Salon Culinaire” awards.
